“Piercing” tells a story of Jesus’ final moments alive on the cross and what his eyes saw.

As Jesus took his last breath and look down from the cross, the patient thief to his right reached out to his savior and the impatient thief doubtfully remained silent.

Jesus' mother Mary, His mother's sister, Mary wife of Clopas and Mary Magdalene look onward as Jesus' disciple John stood nearby.

Looking up, wide eyed, "Surely He is the Son of God!" The blind Roman centurion, Longinus, exclaimed as he had just pierced Jesus's side and was miraculously healed when some of Jesus' blood had fallen upon his eyes.

Chief priests, Jewish Leaders, soldiers and Jesus' disciples were gathered in attendance along with multitudes of other onlookers as the sky went dark.  Jesus’ set his eyes on the temple in the distance.

"And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice and yielded up his spirit. And behold, the curtain of the temple was torn in two, from top to bottom. And the earth shook, and the rocks were split." Matthew 27:50-51
